Come hear Karen tell the story of how a group of lay people in search of a new form of religious life, fell in love with the Four Pillars of Dominican life. They subsequently created around them “Benincasa Community” which is dedicated to the works of mercy and justice in an era thirsting for a collective recognition of the unity and interdependence of all life. Hear how this lay community is grounded by faith, an emerging understanding of the new cosmology, the development of new economic models in our world, and the need for deepening relationships with the land and one another.
