PICTURES INSIDE: This interactive mind-body-spirit class will include meditation, an overview of the ancient art of flower arrangement, and finally, the experience of choosing fresh flowers (included) to create your own unique and elegant arrangement!

The “Ikebana Kit” (included) contains a shallow bowl, a kenzan (with spikes on which the flowers are arranged), and a tool. Please bring your own flower clippers or cutting tool.
