From April 25 to May 31 the Episcopal Cathedral of the Incarnation in Garden City will welcome a magnificent 20-foot sculpture of our planet into the Cathedral nave.
Constructed from detailed NASA imagery and illuminated from within, this slowly rotating sphere offers visitors the perspective that only astronauts have known: our world as it truly is—luminous, whole, and astonishingly fragile.
There are a wide range of activities that have been scheduled around this event.
Admission is free during the day, with a suggested $10.00 in the evening. Click here for more details.
