Session 1, October 30: Grounding Ourselves - Earth and Water
The earth keeps us grounded in the now, provides us with nature’s bounty, and invites us to be present to ourselves within the physical world. In what ways do artful practices keep us deeply rooted yet open to growth? As we welcome a season of harvest, this hands-on three-hour drop-color session explores the spiritual elements of earth and water. Participants will engage in a hands-on experience that incorporates the dropping-color practice with physical elements of the earth.
Session 2, November 20: Ruah - Air and Water
Air is our lifeforce, beginning with a singular breath. How might we slow down and breathe deeply into the present moment? This hands-on three-hour drop-color session explores the spiritual elements of air and water. Participants will engage in a hands-on experience that incorporates unique practical ways to merge the element air with dropping color.
Session 3, February 12: Igniting the Divine Spark Within - Fire and Water
Fire is an agent for change that begins with a single spark. In what ways are we agents for change? Where is illumination needed in your life? This hands-on three-hour session explores the spiritual elements of fire and water. Participants will engage in a hands-on experience that incorporates the dropping color practice with the alchemy of fire.
