Begins Jan. 28: Using the book, Set the World on Fire:  A 4-Week Personal Retreat with Female Doctors of the Church by Vinita Hampton Wright, we will delve into the life and prayer of St. Catherine of Siena.

A celebrated Doctor of the Church, Catherine sets an example for us of spiritual power in God’s loving service. She was a lay woman, she cared for the sick, she was a mystic, a Preacher of Truth, a peacemaker, and so much more.

During our four weeks together, we will learn about what gave her energy and the courage to speak the Truth to popes and rulers of the day. We will meditate on what God is saying to us through her and focus our prayer on specific questions that will help us grow in love and truth. Through Catherine's example, may we find the courage to boldly use God’s gifts. “Be who God meant you to be and you will set the world on fire!”
