Dec. 17: The late Bruno Barnhart—author, spiritual director, and monk of the New Camaldoli Hermitage in Big Sur, California—once quipped during a Christmas Midnight Mass, “If you want to know where Christmas is happening, put your ear to the Earth and listen.”
Together, we will explore “where Christmas is happening” as we read Elizabeth Johnson’s groundbreaking article, Deep Incarnation: Prepare to Be Astonished. Then, on Thursday evening, December 17th, at 7 p.m., we will gather on Zoom, where Sr. Elizabeth will join us to respond to our questions about the article. Your Christmas may never be the same!
